109 Conditions on approval to repossess gaming machine (1) An approval to repossess a gaming machine under section 108 is subject to the condition that the approved repossessor allows an authorised officer to exercise the commission’s functions under section 108 (3). (2) The commission may impose any other condition on the approval in relation to the storage of the gaming machine before its disposal that the commission considers appropriate.
