107 Approval for repossession—application (1) A person enforcing a financial agreement or an approved supplier may apply to the commission for approval to repossess a gaming (2) The application must be accompanied by information identifying— (a) the person from whom the gaming machine is to be repossessed; and (b) the premises where the gaming machine is currently held; and (c) the details of the gaming machine.
