105 Operation of gaming machines other than in accordance with authorisations (a) the person owns, occupies or manages authorised premises; and (b) the person fails to take all reasonable steps to stop a gaming machine on the premises being used otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation certificate; and (c) someone uses the gaming machine otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation certificate.
