Part 3 or for a licence under Part 4; (c) submits a tender in response to a call under section 129(1); (d) is the secretary or an executive officer of a body corporate that submits a tender in response to a call under section 129(1); or (e) is required to submit information or material, or additional information or material, under section 25(6), 38(2), 42C(2), 45(2), 64(3), 75(2), 118(2) or 131(3); shall, if required for the purposes of this Act, disclose: (g) the person's criminal history with respect to contraventions of any provision of law, whether committed in the Territory or elsewhere; and (h) convictions recorded against the person in respect of contraventions of any provision of law, whether committed in the Territory or elsewhere, that under any law are taken not to be convictions.
