90 Rules ancillary to gaming to be available and enforced A licensee shall ensure, when gaming is being conducted on the licensee's licensed premises, that: (a) the rules ancillary to gaming that are, at that time, the rules for the licensed premises, are available for inspection at the (b) where required by the rules, notices relating to the rules are prominently displayed; and (c) the rules are enforced.
