89 Rules ancillary to gaming (1) The Director may, in writing, make rules relating to matters that are ancillary to gaming conducted on licensed premises. (2) A licensee, with the approval in writing of the Director, may, in respect of the licensee's licensed premises: (a) amend, add to or repeal; or (b) substitute a rule or other rules for, the rules made under subsection (1).
