81 Effect of suspension of licence The suspension under section 79(8) or 80(1) of a licence under this Part has the same effect as the cancellation of the licence but without prejudice to: (a) any penalty or other liability incurred by the holder of the licence; or (b) the exercise of the powers of the Director or an inspector.
