68 Term of licences (1) Subject to this Act, the term of a licence under this Part is for: (a) the period that is prescribed in respect of the licence, which period may be shorter or longer than 5 years; or (b) if no period is prescribed in respect of the licence – 5 years. (2) A licence under this Part may be renewed.
