56 Liability for losses incurred during administration (1) A person appointed by the Director to administer the affairs of a club is not liable for any loss incurred by the club during the person's term of office unless the loss was attributable to the person's: (a) wilful misconduct; (b) gross negligence; or (c) wilful failure to comply with the provisions of this Act. (2) Neither the Territory nor the Director is liable for any loss incurred by a club during the term of office of a person appointed under section 54 to administer the affairs of the club, whether or not the person is liable.
