53 Recovery of gaming machines etc. (1) The cancellation or surrender of a gaming machine licence does not affect: (a) the force or effect of the conditions of licence in respect of any amounts that are payable at the time of cancellation or surrender or which become payable; or

Gaming Machine Act 1995 59 (b) the recovery of debts due under this Act to the Territory. (2) A person who held a gaming machine licence that is cancelled shall provide all reasonable assistance to the Director, or any person acting on behalf of or approved by the Director, to enable the removal of any gaming equipment or ancillary or related property from the premises to which the licence related.
