51 Effect of suspension of licence The suspension of a gaming machine licence under section 48, 49 or 50 has the same effect as the cancellation of the licence but without prejudice to: (a) any penalty or other liability incurred by the licensee; or (b) the exercise of the powers of the Director or an inspector.
