46 Cessation or commencement of executive officer or secretary If an applicant under section 24 or 37C or a licensee is a body corporate, the body corporate shall notify the Director, in the form determined by the Director: (a) that a person has ceased to be the secretary or an executive officer of the body corporate; (b) that a person has commenced as the secretary or an executive officer of the body corporate; and
