39 Transferee or executive officers must be at least 18 years of age The Director must refuse a transfer application: (a) if the proposed transferee is an individual and has not attained the age of 18 years; or (b) if the proposed transferee is a body corporate and the secretary or any executive officer of the body corporate has not attained the age of 18 years.
