37 Definitions In this Division: proposed transferee, in relation to the transfer of a transferable licence, means the person to whom it is proposed to transfer the transfer application, see section 37C(1). transferable licence means a gaming machine licence issued for premises that are licensed under the Liquor Act 2019 and operating under an authority prescribed by regulation.
