35 Payment and recovery of amounts (1) All amounts received by the Director under conditions referred to in section 33 shall be paid into the Central Holding Authority. (2) All amounts payable by a licensee under conditions of the gaming machine licence that remain unpaid may be recovered as a debt due and payable by the licensee to the Territory.
