33Conditions of gaming machine licences

33 Conditions of gaming machine licences (1) A gaming machine licence is subject to: (a) such conditions as may be prescribed; and (b) such other conditions (including any variation of the conditions made under section 34) as the Director may impose in the public interest or for the proper conduct of gaming at the time of granting the licence or under section 34.

Gaming Machine Act 1995 31 (2) A licensee shall not contravene or fail to comply with a condition to which the licensee's licence is subject.
