32Term of gaming machine licence

32 Term of gaming machine licence (1) Subject to this Act, a gaming machine licence is granted for an indefinite term. (2) If a gaming machine licence is cancelled, revoked or otherwise ceases to be in force for a reason other than a reason provided for under this Act and it is necessary for any purpose whatsoever to determine how long the licence would have remained in force but for the cancellation, revocation or cessation, it is to be assumed that the licence would have remained in force for a further 5 years.
