28 Issue of gaming machine licences (1) Where the Director grants a gaming machine licence the Director shall issue the licence. (2) The gaming machine licence shall be in the form determined by the Director and shall specify: (a) the name of the licensee; (c) the conditions imposed under section 33(1)(b); and (d) such other particulars as determined by the Director.
