192 Refund of amounts in certain circumstances (1) The Director may refund: (a) amounts paid to the Director in error; or (b) a fee paid in relation to an application under this Act where: (i) in the opinion of the Director no substantial expense has been incurred by the Director in regard to such application; and (ii) the applicant or a person acceptable to the Director makes a written request for the application not to proceed. (2) The Director must refund the whole or part of a levy paid under section 24 or 41 in the circumstances and within the period prescribed by regulation.
