168 Inspector may be prohibited from playing gaming machines (1) An inspector, if directed in writing by the Director, shall not play a gaming machine except to such extent as is necessary for the exercise or performance of the inspector's powers and functions under this Act. (2) A direction under subsection (1) may be made subject to such conditions as the Director thinks fit.
