159 Offences relating to explanations (1) A licensee who, when required under section 155(2) to provide a written explanation: (a) fails to provide a written explanation; or (b) knowingly provides an explanation that is false, erroneous or misleading in a material particular, (2) A machine manager who knowingly makes a written explanation, for the purposes of a requirement under section 155(2), that is false, erroneous or misleading in a material particular is guilty of an offence.
