136 Gaming prohibited on unprotected devices (1) A licensee shall not, without lawful excuse, be in possession of or permit gaming on a gaming machine unless the computer cabinet of the gaming machine is securely sealed with a seal affixed by: (a) an inspector; (b) a licensed repairer or licensed monitoring provider acting (c) a person authorised under section 138(4).
