133 Gaming machines supplied to be in accordance with approval A recognised manufacturer or supplier of gaming machines shall not, without the approval of the Director, supply a gaming machine which is in any material particular different from: (a) the gaming machine type or game approved by the Director; or (b) the gaming machine type or game specified in the order placed by a licensee.
