127Consignment or movement of gaming machines

127 Consignment or movement of gaming machines (1) A recognised manufacturer or supplier of gaming machines shall advise the Director, in the form determined by the Director, before gaming machines are moved by, or on behalf of, the recognised manufacturer or supplier of gaming machines: (a) to or from premises approved under section 121(2); or (b) to a place in the Territory from outside the Territory. (2) An advice under subsection (1) shall include: (a) the number of gaming machines; (b) the gaming machine type, game and manufacturer's serial number of each of the gaming machines; (c) the origin and destination of the gaming machines; (d) the intended dates of transport; (e) the way the gaming machines are to be transported;
