116 Recognised manufacturers or suppliers of gaming machines (1) The Director may approve a person to be a recognised manufacturer or supplier of gaming machines for the purposes of (2) The Director must not approve a person under subsection (1) if the Director would have been required under section 119 to remove the person from the roll under subsection (4) had the person already been on that roll.

Gaming Machine Act 1995 100 (3) An approval under subsection (1) is subject to: (a) the conditions (if any) that are prescribed; and (4) The Director must maintain a roll of recognised manufacturer or supplier of gaming machines.
