108 Seizure of form wrongly used as evidence of age (1) Where a contravention of section 106 consists of presenting of a form referred to in that section the person to whom the form is presented shall seize and confiscate the form and give it to an inspector or a member of the Police Force.
Gaming Machine Act 1995 97 (2) A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if the person is not aware of the falsity of the representation as to age made by presenting the form.
