3 Interpretation

In these regulations –

Act means the Gaming Control Act 1993 ;

[Regulation 3 Amended by S.R. 2022, No. 74, Applied:01 Jul 2023] general standards means general standards set by the Commission under section 112PA of the Act;

nominated associate means a person who is named –

(a) in an application for a prescribed licence, or the renewal of a prescribed licence, as an associate of the applicant; or

(b) as a new associate of the holder of a prescribed licence in a notification of change, under section 161 of the Act, in relation to the prescribed licence.
