Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes several amendments to the Gaming Control Regulations 2022 and incorporates those changes into the authorised version; it takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2) and is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance. Anyone regulated by the Principal Regulations—licensed operators, venues and related businesses—will bear any new compliance duties or costs arising from the amended Regulations; the amending instrument itself contains no substantive operative text, so affected parties must consult the updated authorised Regulations (regs 3–7).
