Tasmania regulation
These regulations update fee provisions in the Gaming Control Regulations 2014 and take effect on 1 July 2022. They affect people and businesses regulated under those rules — principally licence-holders and applicants — and are administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance.
Mechanically, the instrument replaces or adjusts fee schedules and incorporates those adjustments into the authorised principal regulations, which changes which regulated parties pay updated fees and may impose related compliance steps (see regs 2–3 and administration note).
