97 Continuation of instruments, appointments, documents etc. (1) A statutory instrument or other instrument, an appointment, an approved form or any other document made or issued by the Director-General under this Act or the repealed Act before the commencement continues in force and is taken after the commencement to have been made or issued by the Director. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a delegation by the Director-General under this Act or the repealed Act in force immediately before the commencement is taken after the commencement to be a delegation by the Director and continues in force until amended or revoked under this Act. Division 7 Transitional matters for Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2025 Gaming Control Act 1993 69 Division 7 Transitional matters for Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2025 98 Definitions amending Act means the Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2025. commencement means the commencement of the amending Act.
