57 Playing at unlawful game (1) A person shall not play at or participate in an unlawful game. (2) A person shall not: (a) be present at any unlawful gaming or at the playing of an unlawful game; (b) be in a place in which any unlawful gaming is taking place, without lawful excuse (the proof of which excuse shall be upon the person); or (c) bet by way of wagering or gaming on an unlawful game.
