#### 42 Service of documents on Authority 42 Service of documents on Authority > > (1) A document may be served on the Authority or NICC by any of the following methods— > > > > > (a) by sending it by post to an office of the Authority or NICC, > > > > > (b) by leaving it at the office with a person authorised in writing by the Authority or NICC to accept service of documents on behalf of the Authority or NICC, > > > > > (c) by sending it by means of electronic communication addressed to the Authority or NICC at the Authority’s or NICC’s address for service of electronic communications. > > > (2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Authority or NICC in any other manner. > > **s 42:** Am 2019 No 14, Sch 1.7; 2022 No 36, Sch 3.1\[33\] \[34\].
