#### 34 Offences under this Part 34 Offences under this Part > > (1) A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Part. > > > (2) A person must not furnish any information or do any other thing in purported compliance with a requirement made under this Part, knowing that it is false or misleading in a material respect. > > > (3) A person must not wilfully— > > > > > (a) obstruct, delay, hinder, assault, threaten, insult or intimidate an inspector or police officer in the exercise of the inspector’s or officer’s powers under this Part, or > > > > > (b) refuse to allow an inspector or officer to enter any premises the inspector or officer may lawfully enter under this Part. > > > (4) A person must not impersonate an inspector. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
