33B Definitions
In this division—
marine authority has the same meaning as in the Liquor Act 2007.
marine improvement notice means a notice under the Liquor Act 2007, section 75(1)(c).
relevant person has the same meaning as in the Liquor Act 2007, section 75.
relevant purpose means the following—
(a) determining whether to give a relevant person a marine improvement notice,
(b) giving a relevant person a marine improvement notice.
