33B Definitions
> In this division—
>
> marine authority has the same meaning as in the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090).
>
> marine improvement notice means a notice under the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090), section 75(1)(c).
>
> relevant person has the same meaning as in the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090), section 75.
>
> relevant purpose means the following—
>
> > (a) determining whether to give a relevant person a marine improvement notice,
>
> > (b) giving a relevant person a marine improvement notice.
