#### 15 Destruction of finger prints etc 15 Destruction of finger prints etc > A person who has possession of any finger prints or palm prints obtained for the purposes of section 14 (or any copies of them) must cause the finger prints or palm prints (or the copies of them) to be destroyed as soon as possible after the person to whom they relate no longer holds a position to which that section applies. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
