#### 36 Production of identification 36 Production of identification > > (1) A power conferred on an inspector by this Part to enter premises, or to search or take other action on premises, may not be exercised unless the inspector proposing to exercise the power is in possession of the identification card issued to the inspector and produces the identification card if required to do so by the occupier of the premises. > > > (2) This section does not apply to a police officer or to a power conferred by a search warrant.
