New South Wales regulation
The Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2022 simply declares its commencement on publication, identifies the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998 as the relevant Act, and prescribes two commemorative days — 23 and 24 April 2022 — for the Act’s section 4A(c). It affects parties governed by that Act only insofar as those dates trigger whatever legal consequences the Act assigns to commemorative days.
