10 Recording problem gambling incidents (1) A licensee commits an offence if, when asked by the commission, the licensee fails to make available for inspection by the commission a record of problem gambling incidents kept by the licensee under the code of practice. (2) A licensee commits an offence if the licensee contravenes the code of practice, section 1.6A (4) (Recording problem gambling incidents).
