83Nominated Minister

#### 83 Nominated Minister (1) As soon as practicable after the commencement of this subsection, the responsible Ministers must, by writing, determine that one of them is to be the nominated Minister for the purposes of this Act. (2) A determination under subsection (1) may be varied, but not revoked, in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (3) A determination under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument. (4) The nominated Minister may give the other responsible Minister: (a) a report under subsection 54(1) or 55(2); or (b) a document under subsection 54(2) or 55(2); or (c) any other information or document obtained by the nominated Minister under this Act.
