74 Establishment of the Future Fund Management Agency
(1) The Future Fund Management Agency is established by this section. (2) The Agency consists of: (a) the Chair; and (b) the staff of the Future Fund Management Agency.
Note: The Future Fund Management Agency does not have a legal identity separate from the Commonwealth.
(3) For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013): (a) the Agency is a listed entity; and (b) the Chair is the accountable authority of the Agency; and (c) the following persons are officials of the Agency: (i) the Chair; (ii) the staff of the Future Fund Management Agency; (iii) consultants engaged under subsection 78(1); (iv) persons whose services are made available to the Agency under subsection 78(3); and (d) the purposes of the Agency include the functions of the Agency referred to in section 75.
