#### 58 Use of position—civil obligation A Board member or a member of the staff of the Agency must not improperly use his or her position to: (a) gain an advantage for himself or herself or someone else; or (b) cause detriment to the Board’s ability to perform its functions; or (c) cause detriment to another person. > Note: This is a civil penalty provision which is enforced under the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 (see Subdivision C of this Division). Civil penalty: 2,000 penalty units.
