48 Who is to preside at a meeting
(1) The Chair is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present. (2) If the Chair is not present at a meeting: (a) a Board member nominated by the Chair is to preside; or (b) if no Board member is so nominated—the Board members present are to elect one of their number to preside.
