35 Other credits to the Agriculture Future Drought Resilience Special Account

There must be credited to the Agriculture Future Drought Resilience Special Account: (a) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth under a section 21 arrangement; and (b) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth by way of damages or compensation for a breach of a section 21 arrangement; and (c) an amount equal to an amount paid to the Commonwealth by way of the repayment of the whole or a part of a section 21 grant.
