sec.99 Limit on the number of apprentices or trainees that may be employed for placing under hosting agreement
An employer must not employ more than 24 apprentices or trainees that the employer is actively attempting to place under a hosting arrangement unless the employer is a group training organisation or a principal employer organisation. Maximum penalty— 50 penalty units.
