sec.94 Requirements for certificate of recognition as principal employer organisation
A principal employer organisation’s certificate of recognition must— be in the approved form; and include the following— the name of the principal employer organisation; the standard conditions applying to the certificate, and any further conditions imposed by the chief executive, under section 95 .
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) include the following— (i) the name of the principal employer organisation; (ii) the standard conditions applying to the certificate, and any further conditions imposed by the chief executive, under section 95 .
