The chief executive may decide to change the mode of delivery of the training plan if the chief executive is satisfied the change is necessary to assist an apprentice or trainee to achieve the qualification or statement of attainment under the apprentice’s or trainee’s training plan. s 82E ins 2019 No. 33 s 22
