sec.81 Signing changed training plan for apprentice or trainee
If the parties agree to change a training plan for an apprentice or trainee, they must sign the changed training plan within 14 days after the change is agreed to. The supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee must take all reasonable steps to ensure subsection (1) is complied with. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units. (sec.81-ssec.1) If the parties agree to change a training plan for an apprentice or trainee, they must sign the changed training plan within 14 days after the change is agreed to.
