sec.77 Training plan ends on replacement of supervising registered training organisation
If the supervising registered training organisation for an apprentice or trainee is replaced— the training plan for the apprentice or trainee ends on the replacement of the supervising registered training organisation; and a new training plan must be entered into.
- (a) the training plan for the apprentice or trainee ends on the replacement of the supervising registered training organisation; and
- (b) a new training plan must be entered into.
