sec.72 Parties to training plan
The parties to a training plan for an apprentice or trainee are— the employer; and the apprentice or trainee; and the supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee.
- (a) the employer; and
- (b) the apprentice or trainee; and
- (c) the supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee.
