sec.66A Supervising registered training organisation must complete employer resource assessment

This section applies to the supervising registered training organisation for an apprentice or trainee in relation to the apprentice’s or trainee’s training plan. The organisation must— complete an employer resource assessment in the approved form for the apprentice’s or trainee’s training plan; and regularly review and, if necessary, revise the employer resource assessment during the period of the training plan; and on request, give the chief executive a copy of the most recent employer resource assessment completed for the training plan. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units s 66A ins 2019 No. 33 s 17 (sec.66A-ssec.1) This section applies to the supervising registered training organisation for an apprentice or trainee in relation to the apprentice’s or trainee’s training plan. • (b) regularly review and, if necessary, revise the employer resource assessment during the period of the training plan; and
• (c) on request, give the chief executive a copy of the most recent employer resource assessment completed for the training plan.
